Stall definition

Stall means the structure for which the Council grants a Licence for goods or services to be displayed thereon or from which services are provided.

  • The use by Tenant of a number of parking stalls greater than Tenant’s Parking Stall Allocation shall be a default under this Lease following the giving of notice and the expiration of the applicable cure period described in Paragraph 16.1. Automobiles of Tenant and Tenant’s Occupants shall be parked only within parking areas not otherwise reserved by Landlord or specifically designated for use by any other tenant or Occupants associated with any other tenant.

  • If a Motor Vehicle is backed into a Parking Stall, the Motor Vehicle may be ticketed and/or impounded at the Customer’s sole risk and expense.


More Definitions of Stall

Stall means an area of land upon which a manufactured home is to be located, and which is reserved for the exclusive use of the residents of that particular manufactured home, located within a manufactured home park;
