  • Duplex means a building comprising, by horizontal division, two dwelling units, each of which has a separate entrance to grade;

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of the trunk of a mature tree generally measured at a point four and a half feet above ground level from the uphill side of the tree. For species of trees where the main trunk divides below the 4 ½ foot height, the DBH shall be measured at the highest point before any division.

  • Stack means any point in a source designed to emit solids, liquids, or gases into the air, including a pipe or duct but not including flares.

  • Asynchronous means not simultaneous or concurrent in time. For the purpose of this general rule, asynchronous telecommunication technologies for telemedicine or telehealth services may include audio and video, audio without video, client or member portal and may include remote monitoring. "Asynchronous" does not include voice messages, facsimile, electronic mail or text messages.¶
