Stable for Discharge definition

Stable for Discharge means a determination by the treating physician, within reasonable clinical confidence,that the individual has reachedthe point where his/her continued care, including diagnostic work-up and/or treatment, could reasonably be performed as an outpatient or later as an inpatient, provided the individual is given a plan for appropriate follow-up carewith the discharge instructions. For the purpose of discharging an individual with psychiatric condition(s), the individual is considered to be stable for discharge when he/she is no longer considered to be a threat to him/her or to others.

  • Direct discharge means the discharge of a pollutant.

In the event the Senior Lender Claims are modified and the Obligations are paid over time or otherwise modified pursuant to Section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code, the Senior Lender Claims shall be deemed to be discharged when the final payment is made, in cash, in respect of such indebtedness and any obligations pursuant to such new indebtedness shall have been satisfied.
