Final Discharge Date definition
Final Discharge Date means the date when all principal, interest and any other costs or outstanding amounts under the Senior Finance Documents have been irrevocably discharged in full and all commitments of the Secured Parties under the Senior Finance Documents have expired, been cancelled or terminated.
Final Discharge Date means the date on which the Security Trustee notifies the Issuer and the Transaction Creditors that it is satisfied that all the Secured Obligations and/or all other moneys and other liabilities due or owing by the Issuer have been paid or discharged in full.
Final Discharge Date means the later to occur of the Senior Secured Discharge Date, the Second Lien Discharge Date, the High Yield Discharge Date and the Unsecured Discharge Date.

Final Discharge Date means the date when all principal, interest and any other costs or outstanding amounts under the Senior Finance Documents have been unconditionally and irrevocably paid and discharged in full and all commitments of the Secured Parties under the Senior Finance Documents have expired, been cancelled or terminated.
