  • Nothing in this PLLA will be construed as: (i) a warranty or representation by ST and its Affiliates to maintain production of any ST software or ST Product with which the Licensed Materials may be used in any manner; and (ii) a commitment from ST and its Affiliates to bring or prosecute actions against third-parties for infringement.

  • The Quote may be higher or lower than the price for the Underlying Instrument to which the ST Product relates due to a number of factors, including, without limitation, interest rate costs, dividends, scrip issues, stock splits, competitor quotes or size of the Transaction.
