  • You acknowledge that certain Software is cryptographic software subject to U.S. export controls under the Export Administration Regulations, and that the Software, and technical data to be provided under this SS Agreement and certain transactions under this SS Agreement, may otherwise be subject to export controls and import and use restrictions of the U.S. and of other countries.

  • Upon termination of this SS Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted to you for the Software and Documentation will terminate automatically.
