Specimen Signatures definition

Specimen Signatures means a list of individuals authorised to give Orders, the scope of their authorisation and a specimen of their signatures. The Specimen Signatures are an Annex to the Contract and is available at the Internet Address.
Specimen Signatures means authenticated, as per Borrower’s existing procedures, specimen of signatures of and certificates of incumbency in respect of any Person(s) who are referred to in the Evidence of Authority.
