Specimen Scheme Output definition

Specimen Scheme Output means, for each Specimen Scheme, the output intended to be achieved by that Specimen Scheme, as set out in the relevant paragraph of Part 1 of Schedule 6.1 (Committed Obligations and Related Provisions);

Related to Specimen Scheme Output

  • Scheme Documents means (a) any Scheme Press Release, (b) the Scheme Circular (if any) and (c) any other document designated in writing as such by Borrower and Administrative Agent.

  • certification scheme means the ‘Human Services Scheme Part 1 – Common requirements for bodies certifying Human Services’ and ‘Human Services Scheme Part 2 – Additional requirements for bodies certifying Human Services in Queensland’ approved by XXX-ANZ under which bodies accredited by XXX-ANZ can, through Certification Audits, certify and re-certify that an organisation is delivering human services in compliance with the Quality Standards, published on the website at xxx.xxx-anz.com.au or such other website as We may from time to time notify You;

  • Scheme Circular means any circular to the shareholders of the Target to be issued by the Target setting out the proposals for any Scheme.

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Scheme Document means this document including its Annexures, any addenda or corrigendum to this Scheme Document and/ or any other document issued pursuant hereto.

  • Specimen means tissue, hair, or product of the human body capable of revealing the presence of drugs or their metabolites.

  • ASIC means the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

  • Job-order-contracting means a project delivery method in which:

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Procurement Manual means the Procurement Manual set forth as chapter 4 of the PIP (as hereinafter defined), which Manual sets forth the procurement management and institutional arrangements and obligations under the Project as such Manual may be amended from time to time by agreement between the Association and Recipient.

  • Programme Document means the formal document (in standard format) attached to this Agreement, which is concluded by the Parties and reflects expected results, detailed activities, timeframes and budget, and defines what is to be accomplished. The Programme Document is the basis for requisitioning, committing and disbursing funds to carry out planned activities and for their monitoring and reporting.

  • Resolutions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule means the EU Bail-In Legislation Schedule published by the Loan Market Association (or any successor person), as in effect from time to time.

  • Certified components means components of X-ray systems which are subject to regulations promulgated under Public Law 90-602, the “Radiation Control for Health and Safety Act of 1968,” the Food and Drug Administration.
