Specific Condition Request definition

Specific Condition Request. (SCR) is a request form and shutdown package made by the Contractor, through the City Representative, to the City to shut down a portion of the system or request other specific condition needed to perform contract work.

  • Utilisation Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 3 (Utilisation Request).
