Examples of Mediation Request in a sentence

  • The mediation shall be held in (i) at the time a Mediation Request is submitted in New York City, New York, or (ii) such other place as the Parties may mutually agree in writing.

  • If no mediator has been agreed upon by the Parties within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a Mediation Request, then any Party may request (on written notice to the other Party) that the AAA appoint a mediator in accordance with the Procedure.

  • The Company and RMT Partner shall have twenty (20) days from receipt of a Mediation Request to agree on a mediator.

  • The parties shall have fifteen (15) days from receipt of a Mediation Request to agree on a mediator.
