NOTE: The Special Event Coordinator may elect to extend the Special Event Insurance to provide general liability coverage for each participating Vendor or must require each Vendor to provide evidence of their respective insurance in force for the event.
Proof of certificate naming the City as additional insured shall be provided to the Special Event Coordinator for keeping with lease file, at least 15 days prior to occupancy.
