special delivery means the service provided by the Post Office of sending mail marked with the words “special delivery” to certain overseas countries by the regular postal service from the Islands to an office of exchange in those countries which will, upon receipt of the mail expedite delivery of such mail; and
special delivery means an arrangement other than for the Delivery of Goods to the Client's premises or the nominated carrier's depot.
