Source Term definition

Source Term means the term of the Source Code licenses set forth in this Supplement XXI, which shall be for the period from the Source Licenses Start Date through December 31, 2011.
Source Term means the kinds and amounts of radionuclides that make up the source of a potential release of ra- dioactivity. Spent nuclear fuel means fuel that has been withdrawn from a nuclear reactor following irradiation, the constituent elements of which have not been sepa- rated by reprocessing. Surface facilities means repository support facilities within the restricted area.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you.   • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.
