Source Code Owner definition

Source Code Owner means the developer and/or owner of the Required Models utilizing Source Code authorized to deposit the Source Code with the Source Code Escrow Agent upon the terms of the Source Code Escrow Agreement.

Related to Source Code Owner

  • Source Code for a work means the preferred form of the work for making modifications to it. “Object code” means any non-source form of a work.

  • Company Source Code means the source code for any Software included in the Customer Offerings or Internal Systems or other confidential information constituting, embodied in or pertaining to such Software.

  • Open Source Code means any software code that is distributed as “free software” or “open source software” or is otherwise distributed publicly in source code form under terms that permit modification and redistribution of such software. Open Source Code includes software code that is licensed under the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Mozilla License, Common Public License, Apache License, BSD License, Artistic License, or Sun Community Source License.

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Sample Code means sample source code included with the Software and designated as “sample code,” “samples,” “sample application code,” “stencils,” “app templates,” and/or “snippets,” and/or found in directories labeled “samples” or “examples”.
