SONITEL definition

SONITEL means “Société Nigérienne des Télécommunications”, a mixed-ownership company established and operating under the laws of the Borrower;
SONITEL means Société Nigérienne des Télécommunications, the Borrower’s telecommunication company, established and operating pursuant to its registration in the registre du commerce de Niamey under No. 4090 dated March 20, 1997; and

  • Honeywell “we”, “us” or “our” means Honeywell International Inc. or Affiliate(s) who execute or assent to the Order Form. “You” or “your” means collectively the other entities executing or assenting to the Order Form. “Affiliate” means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, another entity. An entity “controls” another if it owns directly or indirectly a sufficient voting interest to elect a majority of the directors or managing authority or otherwise direct the affairs or management of the entity.

  • DGPC means Druk Green Power Corporation Limited including its successors and permitted assigns;

  • HKFE means the Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited;

  • NSC means the National Suppliers Council.

  • SADC means the Southern African Development Community;
