Solution Mutual Funds definition

Solution Mutual Funds. (the "Trust") hereby notifies you that it has established two additional series of shares, namely, the "Solution Tax-Exempt Money Market Fund" and the "Solution Treasury Money Market Fund" (the "New Funds"). The Trust desires that you serve as fund accountant of each New Fund under the terms of the Agreement.

Related to Solution Mutual Funds

  • Mutual Funds means (i) all open-end mutual funds; and (ii) similar pooled investment vehicles established in non-U.S. jurisdictions, such as registered investment trusts in Japan. For purposes of the Code, Mutual Fund does not include shares of open-end money market mutual funds (unless otherwise advised by Compliance).

  • Money market mutual fund means an open-end managed investment fund:

  • Mutual Fund or “Fund” or “UTIMF” means UTI Mutual Fund, a Trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 registered with SEBI under registration number MF/048/03/01 dated January 14, 2003.

  • Public fund means the state treasurer or a retirement system.

  • Public funds means money belonging to the government.
