Solid Waste or Refuse definition

Solid Waste or Refuse includes and means all garbage, dead animals, bulk waste, household trash, construction and demolition debris, commercial trash, and abandoned and improperly placed dumps of the same.
Solid Waste or Refuse means the useless, unwanted, or discarded solid materials
Solid Waste or Refuse means the useless, unwanted or discarded solid materials resulting from normal community activities, including semi- liquid or wet wastes with insufficient moisture and other liquid content to be free flowing.

  • Solid waste means all solid waste, including construction debris, hazardous waste, excess cement/ concrete, wrapping materials, timber, cans, drums, wire, nails, food and domestic waste (e.g. plastic packets and wrappers);
