Software Image means the applicable software for each Product provided by Sourcefire which when integrated by Patriot with the Components listed in the ▇▇▇▇ of Materials, will form such Product.

Software Image means the image, which includes software programs and other code written by IBM or third parties, provided by IBM under the Authorized Assembler Program to You for You to Preload or otherwise have IBM install only on Approved Products according to the terms of this Agreement. "Software Image" shall not include any operating system software image or other software program or code included by IBM on a pre-installed hard drive or included on a diskette or CD packaged and shipped by IBM with a Base System Unit or Approved Component.

  • MSL further agrees that it shall not export or re-export an MS Software Image in violation of applicable laws or regulations to (i) any End User who MSL knows will utilize an MS Software Image in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons; or (ii) any End User who has been prohibited from participating in U.S.A. export transactions by any federal agency of the U.S.A.

  • Company may only distribute the Prior Software Image on the Customer System, either on a separate partition or a separate hard disk drive on the Customer System.

  • A COA must be affixed to or accompany each copy of the MS Software Image documentation, and the COA serial number must be registered with the Approved Product during the assembly process as provided in Appendices A and B.

  • Installer shall preinstall the MS Software Image solely in accordance with the installation instructions set forth in Appendices A and B of the Assembly Agreement.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
