Small Operating Equipment definition

Small Operating Equipment has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.1.
Small Operating Equipment means all china, glassware, linens, towels, uniforms, bedding, silverware, golf equipment (provided, the term Small Operating Equipment does not include Consumables and the FF&E).
Small Operating Equipment means all china, glassware, stemware, bath mats, bath rugs, shower curtains, tools, linens, towels, uniforms, bedding, silverware, telephones, televisions, cable equipment, computer equipment and peripherals and any other equipment, goods, utensils, supplies or reserve stock owned by any Seller, located in any Hospitality Unit and used or held in reserve or storage for future use in connection with the maintenance and operation of any Hospitality Unit. The term "Small Operating Equipment" does not include Consumables and the FF&E.

Examples of Small Operating Equipment in a sentence

  • The FF&E and Small Operating Equipment located at and used in connection with the Premises is adequate and sufficient for all purposes for which currently utilized.

  • There shall be no adjustment with respect to the Consumables, FF&E and Small Operating Equipment.

Related to Small Operating Equipment

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Existing Equipment means any items of existing plant or equipment owned or controlled by either Pur- chaser or End-User upon which Supplier is required to perform Services.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.
