  • Highlight Reporting Service (“Highlight”) is an outsourced option which is operated by Net Evidence ( SLM) Ltd (hereinafter “Net Evidence”).

  • The Customer further understands and acknowledges that SLM Ltd would not be in a position to accept, consider or otherwise evaluate the Material and provide the Services in the absence of the Customer's acceptance of each and every provision of this Agreement.

  • The terms and conditions of this Agreement are not intended to become legally binding in any manner whatsoever, unless and until SLM Ltd has provided its acceptance of it, at its sole discretion (the Acceptance Date).

  • The Customer understands and agrees that the Customer will not be entitled to any compensation because of the use of any such similar or identical material that may have been independently created or may have come to SLM Ltd from any other independent source, whether before or after the date of this Agreement.

Related to SLM Ltd

  • SpinCo shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Cendant means Cendant Corporation, a Delaware corporation.

  • Newco has the meaning set forth in the first paragraph of this Agreement.

  • ITT has the meaning given to it in the recitals to this Framework Agreement;

  • DPS means the Department of Public Safety of the State of Texas, a state agency in the executive branch created under Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 411.
