Skin cancer definition

Skin cancer means cancer of any of the following types:
Skin cancer means any disease where cancerous cells originate in the epidermal layer of the skin, including without limitation, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma (including uveal and mucosal melanoma), or any other malignant skin conditions.
Skin cancer means basal cell carcinoma, basal cell epithelioma, squamous cell carcinoma, or melanoma of Clark’s Level I or II or Breslow level equal to or less than 1.5 mm.
