Size class definition

Size class means the nameplate capacity (DC rating) of a DG Renewable Energy Facility, which shall be classified as “Small” if such capacity is less than 25 kW, and as “Large” if such capacity is between 25 kW and 2,000 kW. An individual DG Renewable Energy Facility may not exceed a nameplate capacity of 2,000 kW. The definition of “S&P” in Section 1.59 is amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:
Size class means, with respect to trees within a forest or stand, a classification of the trees based on their size. Examples include seedling, sapling, pole, and sawtimber.

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c).
