Size Class definition

Size Class means the nameplate capacity (DC rating) of a DG Renewable Energy Facility, which shall be classified as “Small” if such capacity is less than 25 kW, and as “Large” if such capacity is between 25 kW and 2,000 kW. An individual DG Renewable Energy Facility may not exceed a nameplate capacity of 2,000 kW. The definition of “S&P” in Section 1.59 is amended to read, in its entirety, as follows:
Size Class means, with respect to trees within a forest or stand, a classification of the trees based on their size. Examples include seedling, sapling, pole, and sawtimber.

The definition of “S&P” in Section 1.59 is amended to read, in its entirety, as follows: “S&P” means Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC, a subsidiary of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Companies, Inc., or its successor. The following definition of “Supply Contracts” is added to the Agreement as Section 1.62.1: “Supply Contracts” means (i) contracts for energy supply or renewable energy credits entered into with Party B pursuant to the Request for Proposals conducted prior to this procurement event and still in effect, and (ii) contracts for energy supply or renewable energy credits hereafter entered into with Party B pursuant to section 16-111.5 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act (220 ILCS 5/16-111.5) or pursuant to section 1-75 of the Illinois Power Agency Act (20 ILCS 3855/1-75). The following definition of “Type of Product” is added to the Agreement as Section 1.68.1: “Type of Product” means Standard RECs originating from a specified Size Class of DG Renewable Energy Facilities in the Aggregated Group of Projects. There are two Types of Products: either Small or Large.

Examples of Size Class in a sentence

  • RECs generated from the Small Size Class cannot be substituted for RECs generated from the Large Size Class (and vice versa).

  • Seller represents that, as of the date of each invoice, (i) all RECs Delivered were generated by the Designated Systems; (ii) each Designated System qualifies as a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device; (iii) no substitution has occurred between the Size Classes; and (iv) no RECs produced by the Designated Systems were willfully withheld or sold or otherwise transferred to another party prior to Seller Delivering the Maximum Annual Quantity for each applicable Size Class to Buyer.

  • CPI for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U): Selected Areas, all items index – West – Size Class B/C (2.5 million or less) from comparing December to December of the previous year.

  • The adjustment is limited to the lesser of the increase in Consultant’s published rates charged to all clients for services similar to those services described in this Agreement, or the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) (All Urban Consumers), West – Size Class B/C as of the anniversary date over the index prior to the commencement date of this Agreement.

  • Rates for bulldozers are determined by Size Class, based on the make and model.

  • Section 5: The CPI used will be the percentage change in the “Annual” rate from the most recent preceding full calendar year minus the “Annual” rate from the previous preceding full calendar year as reflected in the All Items in West- Size Class B/C, all Urban Consumers, Not Seasonally Adjusted (Series ID CUURN400SAO) which is currently published by the Federal Bureau of Labor Statistics at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/timeseries/CUURN400SA0.

  • The service component of the Rates provided in Attachment B shall be adjusted on December 1, 2015 and annually thereafter, by a percentage equal to the annual percent change in the Consumer Price Index (“CPI”), August to August, All Items, December 1996=100 for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U), West Size Class B/C (CUURX400SA0, CUUSX400SA0), as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/cpi/home.htm).

  • Subclass With respect to the Class A-V Certificates, any Subclass thereof issued pursuant to Section 5.01(c). Any such Subclass will represent the Uncertificated Class A-V REMIC Regular Interest or Interests specified by the initial Holder of the Class A-V Certificates pursuant to Section 5.01(c).
