Site Completion means that all of the following have been achieved in relation to a Site:

  • The Site Completion Improvements shall be completed by , 20 [INSERT ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAYS OR JUNE 1ST WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST] (the "Completion Date"), with the exception of soil erosion and sediment control measures, which shall be installed within a reasonable period of time, at the discretion of the Town's Designated Town Authority, as defined in the Town of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Roadway Design and Construction Criteria Manual.

  • In the event the Individual Lot Owner fails to complete the Site Completion Improvements by the Completion Date, the Individual Lot Owner acknowledges and agrees that the Town shall have all of the remedies described in Subsection 13.10.180(d) of the Code.

  • Vendor shall cause the construction of a Tower and other Improvements on each BTS Site in accordance with this Agreement, including the applicable Site Schedule and on or before the Site Completion Date.

  • The Contract Purchaser acknowledges and consents to this Agreement; to the issuance of a temporary certificate of occupancy for the Property; and to occupying the Property prior to the completion of the Site Completion Improvements.

  • The Town may retain the Security until the Site Completion Improvements are completed and the Town issues a final certificate of occupancy for the Property.

  • Unless both parties otherwise agree, all Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule 13 (the “Dispute Resolution Procedure”), provided that the decision of the Independent Certifier that Site Completion has been achieved in respect of any Site is final and binding on the parties solely in respect of determining the commencement of Availability Payments.

Related to Site Completion

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Construction Completion Date or “Completion Date” means the date by which the overall Development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Completion Certificate is issued by the Authority as per Article 14.1.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Study Completion means the database for the Study has been locked and all Essential Documents have been provided to the Sponsor, including a copy of the letter from the Reviewing HREC acknowledging receipt of the final report and/or closure letter from the Principal Investigator.
