Sinking Fund Custodian definition

Sinking Fund Custodian means the Finance Director of the City or any successor sinking fund custodian hereafter appointed by the Authority and approved by the City.

Sinking Fund Custodian means initially U.S. Bank National Association, Atlanta, Georgia and its successors and assigns, or any successor sinking fund custodian hereafter appointed by the Authority and approved by the City; provided, however, the Sinking Fund Custodian shall at all times be a commercial bank or trust company.

• In the event the Sinking Fund Custodian and the Paying Agent are the Finance Director of the City or are the same bank acting in both capacities, then the Authority hereby authorizes and directs the Sinking Fund Custodian to withdraw sufficient funds from the Sinking Fund to pay the principal installments of and interest on the Series 2021 Bond as the same shall become due and payable, whether at maturity, by prepayment, or otherwise.
