SIL Contracts definition

SIL Contracts has the meaning given to it in Section 6.10(a).

Examples of SIL Contracts in a sentence

  • Neither SIL nor the Rig has any Encumbrances, or other liabilities or obligations of any nature, whether absolute, accrued, contingent or otherwise, and whether due or to become due (including any liability for Taxes and interest, penalties and other charges payable with respect to any such liability or obligation), except for such liabilities or obligations arising under the SIL Contracts.

  • Seller Contracts means all contracts or agreements to which Seller is a party or to which any of its material assets are bound.
