SIFC definition

SIFC administrators have the responsibility to remain alert for the warning signs of harassment and discrimination and to act promptly in contacting the SIFC Harassment Preventions Officers (HPOs). SIFC administrators shall cooperate with the HPO from the filing of the complaint to its resolution.
SIFC means Sithe/Independence Funding Corp., a Delaware corporation.

  • Handyman means an employee who makes minor repairs or effects renovations to buildings, fixtures and fittings and who covers ironing and pressing machines or tables with any type of materials;

  • IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • CHAPS means same day electronic transfer of funds payments in GBP in the UK made through the Clearing House Automated Payment System (CHAPS).

  • PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
