SI SERVICES definition
SI SERVICES means, collectively, the Start-up Services and the Full Functional Services.
SI SERVICES means services for Client, as set forth in detail on Exhibit A hereto, including, (i) with respect to Client's FloraShops Web site, the development of a templating engine and the development and launch of individual florist Web sites; (ii) with respect to Client's FloraMall Web site, the development of a templating engine and the development and launch of individual wholesale florist Web sites; and (iii) with respect to American Floral Services, the development of extranet and internet Web sites, each of the foregoing, subject to individual Work Orders.
