  • AHPAC shall give written notice (a “Shelf Underwriting Notice”) to the other Holders as promptly as practicable, but no later than two (2) business days after receipt of the Shelf Underwriting Request.

  • As promptly as practicable, but no later than two (2) Business Days after receipt of a Shelf Underwriting Request, the Company shall give written notice (the “Shelf Underwriting Notice”) of such Shelf Underwriting Request to all other Holders.

  • The Company shall, as expeditiously as possible (and in any event within 20 days after the receipt of a Shelf Underwriting Request) use its reasonable best efforts to facilitate such Shelf Underwriting.
