Share Repurchase means the purchase, repurchase, redemption or other acquisition by Borrower from any Person of any capital stock or other equity interest of Borrower.
Share Pledge means as defined in Section 5.1(g).
Shares Pledge means the first priority pledge of the shares of and in each Borrower to be executed by the Shareholder in favour of the Security Trustee in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion and in the plural means all of them;
reverse repurchase transactions means transactions whereby a Sub-Fund purchases Securities from a counterparty of Sale and Repurchase Transactions and agrees to sell such Securities back at an agreed price in the future.
Open Market Share Purchase shall have the meaning specified in Section 2(I).
