Share Class NAV means, with respect to any Share Class on any date, the portion of the Fund NAV on such date attributable to such Share Class (on the basis of the Share Number of each Share Class).

Related to Share Class NAV

  • Share Class in relation to shares, means (according to the context) a particular class or classes of share as described in Section 3;

  • Hedged Share Class or ’Hedged Share Classes’ means (according to the context) a Portfolio Currency Hedged Share Class or a Reference Currency Hedged Share Class.

  • Class C Shares means shares of the Class C Common Stock.

  • Class I Shares means Class I Shares in the Company as set forth in the relevant

  • Class B Ordinary Shares shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.4(a).
