Services Standard has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Services Standard means, with respect to the performance of the EPCO Services, the good faith undertaking, on a commercially reasonable basis, to perform the EPCO Services (i) in the case of the EPD Partnership Entities, at least the same quality and manner as EPCO Services were provided by EPCO or its Affiliates to the EPD Partnership Entities during calendar year 2004, (ii) in the case of the TPP Partnership Entities, at least the same quality and manner as services were provided by Duke Energy Field Services LLC or its Affiliates to the TPP Partnership Entities during calendar year 2004 and (iii) in all material respects in compliance with applicable laws and Prudent Industry Practices.
