SERVICES COmPLETION CERTIFICATE definition

SERVICES COmPLETION CERTIFICATE means that when the “CONSULTANT” complete successfully of the “CONSULTANCY SERVICES” related each Stage, accepted by the “OWNER” the later will issue such certificate for each two Stages separately stating that the complete particular services have been completed in accordance with the required “SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES” under the “CONSULTANCY SERVICES CONTRACT”, which shall be delivered to the “CONSULTANT”.
SERVICES COmPLETION CERTIFICATE means the certificate, executed as per the form, stated in Annex No. 3 hereto, sent by the Executor in the manner, described in clause 5.1 hereof;
SERVICES COmPLETION CERTIFICATE means the certificate issued and signed by the owner and delivered to the Service Provider” stating that the services has been completed to the Owner” satisfaction at the end of twelve(12) months the execution period of the services under this Contract.

Related to SERVICES COmPLETION CERTIFICATE

  • Construction Completion Certificate means a certificate of the I-Bank to the effect that the construction of the Project is complete.

  • Completion Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer-In- Charge when the work/s has been completed to his satisfaction as per terms of the contract.

  • Final Completion Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 11.6.

  • Substantial Completion Certificate means the certificate issued and approved by the Authority indicating the date upon which the Trade Contractor Work (or a designated portion thereof) is Substantially Complete.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;
