This Agreement does not apply to employees who work in other employer facilities which are not engaged in customer services and mail processing, previously understood and expressed by the parties to mean mail processing and delivery, including but not limited to Headquarters (except Operating Services), Area Offices, Information Service Centers, Postal Service Training and Development Institute, Postal Academies or Postal Academy Training Institute.
Should an employee be judged to require additional probationary period through the FTO program, Nevada Peace Officer and Service Training, and employee evaluations to more adequately determine the level of performance, the reasoning shall be documented.

Section A: Teachers who enter the military service by draft or enlistment shall be granted a leave of absence for that period, and at the conclusion of said leave, shall be reinstated in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Selective Service Training Act and any other law then effective.
Any employee who enlisted or was inducted into military service under the provisions of the Federal Selective Service Training Act of 1940, as amended, shall be returned to his job and retain his seniority in accordance with that Act.
The Contractor shall provide, at least annually, Customer Service Training for all front office staff.
The Union acknowledges that the Employer’s Customer Service Training Program is an essential ingredient of the Employer’s business strategies and objectives and are a necessary and reasonable exercise of management’s rights.
