Service Performance Levels definition

Service Performance Levels means the service performance levels for the Bus Service as specified in Schedule-VIII hereto [Service Performance Levels].
Service Performance Levels means the level to which the Service Provider is required to provide the Services as set out in paragraphs 6 (Service Requirements) and 7 (Performance Indicators) of each of the Output Specifications set out in Schedule 1 (The Output Specification);

Examples of Service Performance Levels in a sentence

  • The network shall perform in accordance -------------------------- with the service performance levels set forth in Exhibit A ("Service Performance Levels").

  • If IMPSAT fails to cure such failure within such three (3) month period, AOL may, at its sole option, either (i) terminate this Agreement for default, in accordance with Paragraph 8.2 ("Termination") or (ii) suspend the minimum network order commitments of Paragraph 1.1 ("Commitments") until such time as the network meets or exceeds the Service Performance Levels (based on average measurements over three (3) calendar months).

  • For purposes of the foregoing, suspending the minimum network order commitments shall mean that for each month until the network has been brought into compliance with the Service Performance Levels, AOL shall have no obligation to place any orders for network capacity with NETSTREAM for such month.

  • AOL shall notify NETSTREAM in the event that the network fails to meet or exceed the Service Performance Levels in two consecutive months or on an average over a three-month period.

  • The Service Performance Levels will be used to measure HR’s and ETRX’s performance of their responsibilities under this Agreement.

  • For purposes of the foregoing, suspending the minimum network order commitments shall mean that for each month until the network has been brought into compliance with the Service Performance Levels, AOL shall have no obligation to place any orders for network capacity with AVANTEL for such month.

  • AOL shall notify AVANTEL in the event that the network fails to meet or exceed the Service Performance Levels [*].

  • AOL shall notify IMPSAT in the event that the network fails to meet the Service Performance Levels in two consecutive months or on an average over a three-month period.

  • For purposes of the foregoing, suspending the minimum network order commitments shall mean that for each month until the network has been brought into compliance with the Service Performance Levels, AOL shall have no obligation to place any orders for network capacity with IMPSAT for such month.

  • If AVANTEL fails to cure such failure within such [*] period, AOL may, at its sole option, either (i) terminate this Agreement for default, in accordance with Paragraph 8.2 ("Termination") or (ii) suspend the minimum network order commitments of Paragraph 1.1 ("Commitments") until such time as the network meets or exceeds the Service Performance Levels (based on average measurements over [*]).

Related to Service Performance Levels

  • Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.

  • Control Performance Standard or “CPS” shall mean the reliability standard that sets the limits of a Balancing Authority’s Area Control Error over a specified time period.

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.
