Service or work definition

Service or work means custodial services; janitorial services; maintenance services of any type for the facilities, equipment, property or vehicles of the employer; cafeteria operations; food staff service and operations; or bus and other transportation services.

  • These payments shall be made to a maximum of five days in respect of each separate period of Jury Service or work related Court appearance.

  • The School shall have thirty (30) days following the performance of any Services or the delivery of any work product in order to notify DMS of any alleged non-conformity in such Service or work product (any such notice, a “Notice of Non-Conformity”).

Related to Service or work

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Service or services means the performance of work, or the furnishing of labor, time, or effort, or any combination thereof, not involving or connected to the delivery or ownership of a specified end product or goods or a manufacturing process. Service or services may also include an arrangement in which a vendor compensates the Board for the vendor's right to operate a concession.

  • Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;
