Server Subscription definition

Server Subscription means that the Software licensed pursuant to the Quote may be Used on no more than the number of servers indicated in the Quote. The scope of any license other than a Named User Subscription, Site Subscription, Device Subscription, or Server Subscription must be expressly designated and defined in detail in a Quote. In no event shall any of the licenses denoted above be construed to mean a concurrent user license.

  • For example, if you are using a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Subscription as a server, you are obligated to purchase a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Subscription.

  • Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server.

  • For example, if you are using a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Subscription on a System that is a server, you are obligated to purchase Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server Subscription Services.

  • A SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Subscription Offering must not be used as Subscription Offering for SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for SAP Applications.

  • At least one SUSE Manager Server Subscription Offering is required for an installation.

  • SUSE Manager Lifecycle Management Subscription Offerings for the Managed Instances are not required with the purchase of SUSE Manager for Retail Branch Server Subscription Offerings.

  • For example, if You deploy the higher valued SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Subscription Offering for '1-2 Sockets with Unlimited Virtual Machines' during the Subscription Offering period for a deployment scenario matching a lower valued (when compared to the 1-2 Sockets with Unlimited Virtual Machines Subscription Offering) '1-2 Sockets or 1-2 Virtual Machines', You may continue to use the higher valued Subscription Offering for the remaining subscription period.

  • SUSE Manager Server Subscription Offering is not limited to 50 Managed Instances and can be used for the SUSE Manager Master Server in a multilevel SUSE Manager Inter Server Sync setup.

  • The SUSE Manager Server Subscription Offering can either be used with the embedded database or an external Oracle database provided by You.

  • However, You may not deploy the lower valued SUSE Linux Enterprise Server Subscription Offering for '1-2 Sockets or 1-2 Virtual Machines' during the Subscription Offering period for a deployment type matching the higher valued '1-2 Sockets with Unlimited Virtual Machines' Subscription Offering.

Related to Server Subscription

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Subscribers shall have the meaning set forth in the section of this Escrow Agreement titled “Background.”
