Interagency Agreement Clause Samples

This clause typically outlines the scope of cooperation, delineates each agency's roles, and specifies procedures for funding, reporting, and dispute resolution. By clearly defining the framework for interagency cooperation, the clause ensures efficient coordination and minimizes misunderstandings between participating agencies.
