Areawide contract definition

Areawide contract means a contract entered into between the General Services Administration (GSA) and a utility service supplier to cover utility service needs of Federal agencies within the franchise territory of the supplier. Each areawide contract includes an “Authorization” form for requesting service, connection, disconnection, or change in service.
Areawide contract means this master contract entered into between the Government and Contractor to cover the Service acquisitions of all Federal agencies in the franchised certificated service territory from Contractor for a period not to exceed ten (10) years.

  • However, any such limitation or restriction shall preclude the Contractor’s ability to complete all work incidents prior to the termination or expiration of this Areawide Contract.

  • Areawide Contract Articles 2 and 4 shall be followed for the initiation of service under this contract.

  • The contract price excludes all state and local taxes levied on or measured by the Areawide Contract or sales price of the Services or completed supplies furnished under this Areawide Contract.
