Related to Separable Business Units

Business Unit means the assets constituting the business or a division or operating unit thereof of any Person.
Separate Business means each of the activities of the Licensee connected
Eligible business means a business located within the counties of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry or Will in the State of Illinois (the “Six County Region”), and as to which: (1) a majority of the business' fleet is located and used within the Six County Region; and (2) a majority of those vehicles located and used within the Six County Region are alternatively powered vehicles.
Competing Entity means any business entity engaged in the development, design, manufacture, marketing, distribution or sale of molecular diagnostic products.
Core Business means any material line of business conducted by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of the Closing Date and any business reasonably related or incidental thereto.
