Telephone confirmation will be used to verify transaction instructions received via email using the “send secure” feature. This procedure requires clients to designate individuals as authorized initiators and authorized verifiers. Xxxxx Xxxxxx is hereby instructed to accept funds transfer instructions only via the delivery methods and security procedures indicated. The selected delivery methods and security procedure(s) will be effective for payment orders initiated by our organization.
