Selling Rate definition

Selling Rate means the actual prices for the subscription and usages of the SIPhony Services paid for by the Customer.
Selling Rate means the telegraphic transfer exchange rate quoted by the relevant Lender for the sale of the relevant currency using Baht as the means of payment for such sale at 12 noon (Bangkok time) on the day the amount in question is due to be converted, redenominated or paid;
Selling Rate means the rate contracted and paid for the Booking by the Customer, as may be varied from time to time by the Agent and which may or may not be the same as the Gross Rate. Specific Terms means such terms as are specified overleaf, which the parties may agree to vary in writing from time to time. VAT means value added tax and/or any other equivalent sales or turnover tax as may apply to the Services at the prevailing rate from time to time.

Examples of Selling Rate in a sentence

  • If, for the purpose of obtaining judgment in any court, it is necessary to convert a sum due hereunder in a Currency of Payment into another currency, the parties hereto agree that the rate of exchange used shall be that at which in accordance with normal banking procedures the Administrative Agent could purchase such Currency of Payment with such other currency at the Spot Selling Rate on the Business Day preceding that on which final judgment is given.

  • In addition, for purposes of making the allocations required by Section 5.07 with respect to any amount that is denominated in any currency other than Dollars, the Collateral Agent shall, on the applicable Distribution Date, convert such amount into an amount of Dollars based upon the relevant Spot Selling Rate.

  • The Dollar Equivalent of any amounts denominated or reported under a Loan Document in a currency other than dollars shall be determined by the Administrative Agent on a daily basis based on the Spot Selling Rate.

  • REDtone may make commercially reasonable changes to the SIPhony Services Selling Rate by providing Customer with written notice at least seven days prior to the start of the new rates.

  • Pricing Rate the per annum percentage rate for determination of the Price Differential;

  • Pricing Rate Period means, (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period with respect to any Transaction, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including such Remittance Date and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period end subsequent to the Repurchase Date.

  • Sales Price means the actual sale execution price of each Share placed by the Agent pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Ceiling Rate means, with respect to any Calculation Period, the rate set forth as the “Ceiling Rate” on the attached Schedule I.

  • Pricing Ratio on any date, the ratio of Consolidated Total Debt on such date to Annualized Borrower EBITDA for the fiscal quarter most recently ended prior to such date.
