Seller Pooling Consent definition

Seller Pooling Consent means a consent to pooling, from each Seller holding an applicable Retained Burden to Buyer and substantially in the form of Exhibit H.

The losses in the common transmission system up to the injection point shall be apportioned to the individual Projects for the purpose of billing.
