Sell Price definition

Sell Price means the particular price quoted on the Trading Platform for the underlying reference asset you wish to sell in a Trade with us;

Sell Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.19 b. hereof.

Sell Price shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 9.2 of this Agreement.

Sell Price shall be calculated for an hour:

Sell Price means the selling price of the Products as determined by JJC;

The Buy-Sell Notice shall also include a certification that the Offerer is not aware of any facts or circumstances which would be likely to materially affect the value of the Property for the purpose of establishing the Offer Price but which have not been disclosed to Offerer.

Sell Price shall be calculated:
