Self-Hauler definition

Self-Hauler means a generator who does not contract with a commercial hauler, but instead collects and transports its own Solid Waste. A self-hauler shall not provide collection and transportation services to someone else for compensation.
Self-Hauler means a Person who hauls Discarded Materials, recovered material, or any other material, to another Person, or as otherwise defined in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(66). Self-Hauler also includes a Person who back-hauls waste, as defined in 14 CCR Section 18982(a)(66)(A).
