Securityholder Agent definition

Securityholder Agent as defined in Section 12.5.
Securityholder Agent has the meaning given to it in the forefront of this Agreement.
Securityholder Agent means as set forth in Section 8.2(h).

  • No bond shall be required of the Securityholder Agent, and the Securityholder Agent shall not receive compensation for his or her services.

  • Parent and the Securityholder Agent shall certify such fair market value in a certificate signed by both Parent and the Securityholder Agent, and shall deliver such certificate to the Escrow Agent.
