Security Trustee Fees definition

Security Trustee Fees means fees, expenses and any other amounts due but unpaid by the Issuer to the Security Trustee (and including related fees, costs, claims, indemnities, charges, disbursements, liabilities and expenses and other amounts of the Security Trustee) plus any applicable value added tax required to be paid by the Issuer in respect of the foregoing pursuant to the Security Trust Deed.
Security Trustee Fees means the ordinary fees and expenses of the Security Trustee payable by the Issuer pursuant to the letter dated June 24, 2011 between the Issuer and the Security Trustee.

Related to Security Trustee Fees
