SECURITY ENFORCEABLE definition

SECURITY ENFORCEABLE. Any Security Interest granted by any member of the Group (other than the China Project) becomes enforceable and steps are taken to enforce the same which are not withdrawn or stayed within 14 days.
SECURITY ENFORCEABLE any present or future security on or over the assets of the Chargors, VKSTD or MULCD becomes enforceable and any step (including the taking of possession or the appointment of a receiver, manager or similar officer) is taken to enforce that security; or
SECURITY ENFORCEABLE any present or future security on, over or with respect to the assets of the Borrower and/or any one of its subsidiaries become enforceable or any beneficiary of encumbrances takes possession or a receiver is appointed of the whole or any material part of the undertaking, property and assets of the Borrower and/or any one of its subsidiaries or a distress or execution is levied or enforced upon or sued for all or any material part of the assets of the Borrower and/or any one of its subsidiaries; or

  • Federally enforceable means all limitations and conditions which are enforceable by the administrator, including those requirements developed pursuant to 40 CFR Parts 60 and 61, requirements within the Montana state implementation plan, and any permit requirement established pursuant to 40 CFR 52.21 or under regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51, Subpart I, including operating permits issued under an EPA approved program that is incorporated into the Montana state implementation plan and expressly requires adherence to any permit issued under such program.

  • Patent Security Agreements means the Patent Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

  • Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

  • Security Interest means any mortgage, security interest, pledge, lien, charge, claim, option, right to acquire, voting or other restriction, right-of-way, covenant, condition, easement, encroachment, restriction on transfer, or other encumbrance of any nature whatsoever.

  • Trademark Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.
