Security Currency definition

Security Currency has the meaning assigned to it in Section 12.13(b).
Security Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.16 (Conversion of Currency).
Security Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1010.

Examples of Security Currency in a sentence

  • The term “spot rate of exchange” shall include any premiums and costs of exchange payable in connection with the purchase of, or conversion into, the Security Currency.
