Examples of Primary Currency in a sentence
All payments received by a Funding Agent (i) after 1:00 p.m., Applicable Time, in the case of payments in the Primary Currency of the applicable Tranche, or (ii) after the Applicable Time specified by such Funding Agent in the case of payments in an Alternative Currency of such Tranche, shall in each case be deemed received on the next succeeding Business Day and any applicable interest or fee shall continue to accrue.
