Secured Financing Documents definition

Secured Financing Documents means the Financing Documents and each agreement or instrument evidencing a Refinancing Facility, to the extent the obligations thereunder constitute Senior Debt Obligations (as defined in Schedule 7 to this Agreement).

  • Except as permitted (i) prior to the Credit Document Obligations Termination Date, pursuant to the Credit Agreement, (ii) thereafter and prior to the TL Obligations Termination Date, pursuant to the other TL Secured Financing Documents, and (iii) thereafter, pursuant to the Intermediate Holdco Credit Documents, no Pledgor will sell or otherwise dispose of, grant any option with respect to, or mortgage, pledge or otherwise encumber any of the Collateral or any interest therein.

Related to Secured Financing Documents

  • Senior Debt Documents means (a) the Credit Agreement Loan Documents and (b) any Additional Senior Debt Documents.

  • Subordinated Note Documents means the indenture under which the Subordinated Notes were issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Subordinated Notes or providing for any Guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

  • Refinancing Documents means each of the agreements, documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Refinancing.
